‘A Plastic Ocean’ FREE Film Screening: an Ethical Investment Week 2017 Event

You are invited to our FILM SCREENING: Wednesday October 11th, Central Park Theatrette, Perth: ‘A Plastic Ocean’, the much anticipated documentary comes to Perth as part of Ethical Investment Week 2017. Come along and bring a friend!

A PLASTIC OCEAN shows the crisis facing our ocean from our disposable lifestyle. An international team of adventurers, researchers, and Ocean ambassadors go on a mission around the globe to uncover the shocking truth about what is truly lurking beneath the surface of our seemingly pristine Ocean. It shows never-before-seen images of marine life, plastic pollution, and its ultimate consequences for human health.

Donations will be collected on the night for Sea Shepherd’s Marine Debris Campaign and Australian Marine Conservation Society.

The film offers various strategies that can be implemented to reduce the impact of plastics. This thought-provoking film will be introduced by Sea Shepherd’s Marine Debris Campaign Coordinator Liza Dicks, who will mention some positive outcomes from the film.
